Refunds

LUXE GROWTH LLC accepts refund requests within 7 days of the purchase date. Within that window you do not need to justify the request: writing to us is enough.

A refund returns the full amount that was charged, including any optional add-on bought in the same transaction, and revokes access to the product.

Delivery

Every product sold here is digital. Nothing is shipped, there are no shipping costs and there is no waiting for a carrier.

Access is sent by email to the address entered at checkout, automatically, as soon as the payment is confirmed. It normally arrives within minutes.

If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and your promotions tab first. If it is still missing, contact us and we resend the access by hand.

Cancellations

A purchase can be cancelled at any time before the payment is confirmed: simply close the checkout without completing it. No charge is made and no data is kept beyond what is described in the privacy policy.

Once the payment is confirmed, a cancellation is handled as a refund under the 7-day rule above.

Exchanges

Digital products are not exchanged, because there is no physical item to replace and no stock to swap. If you bought the wrong product, ask for a refund within the window above and buy the right one.

How to request a refund

Write to us stating the email address you used at checkout and the name of the product. Those two things are enough to find the purchase; you do not need an invoice or a transaction number.

How long a refund takes

Once a refund is approved it is issued to the same card or payment method used for the purchase. We do not send money by any other route.

The money leaves immediately on our side. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, and is usually between 5 and 10 business days.

Refunds are issued in USD, the same currency the purchase was charged in.

On your statement both the charge and the refund appear as “LUXE GROWTH LLC”.
