Buying any product offered here means accepting these terms as they are written at the moment of the purchase. If you do not accept them, do not complete the purchase.

3. What is sold

Every product offered here is digital: files, documents, recordings, courses or access to online material. No physical goods are sold and nothing is shipped.

Each product page states what is included. What is not stated there is not included.

4. Prices and currency

Prices are displayed and charged in USD. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank applies its own conversion and may add its own fees, which are outside our control.

Prices can change at any time. The price that applies to a purchase is the one displayed at the moment of the payment.

5. Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered in a form served by Stripe and never reach our servers.

The charge appears on your statement as “LUXE GROWTH LLC”.

A purchase is confirmed only when the payment processor confirms it. An interrupted or rejected payment creates no obligation for either side.

6. Delivery

Access is delivered automatically by email to the address entered at checkout, as soon as the payment is confirmed. It is your responsibility to enter an address you can read.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of the purchase. The full conditions are in the refund policy, which is part of these terms.

8. What you may do with what you bought

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own purposes. The product remains the property of its author.

You may keep copies for your own use and on your own devices.

9. What you may not do

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, rent or share the product, in whole or in part, nor share the access you received. You may not present the content as your own work.

Sharing or reselling access is grounds for revoking it without a refund.

10. Results

What is sold is the content itself. No specific result is promised or guaranteed, because a result depends on how each person applies what they learn and on circumstances outside our control.

Nothing offered here is professional medical, legal, accounting or financial advice.

11. Limitation of liability

LUXE GROWTH LLC is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or losses arising from the use of the content, beyond the amount actually paid for the product.

We do not guarantee that the site or the delivery email will be available without interruption: both depend on third-party services.
